September 29, 2025

Quad Cities to host regional anglers October 3-4, 2025

Quad Cities (IA/IL) – Visit Quad Cities is proud to announce that the Phoenix Bass Fishing League Regional Tournament presented by T-H Marine will return to the Quad Cities October 3–4, 2025. This year’s event will be hosted at The Isle Hotel & Casino in Bettendorf, Iowa, with takeoff from Leach Park at 7:00 a.m. and weigh-ins at 3:00 p.m. each day.

Roughly 240 participants, competing as boaters and co-anglers across 120 boats, will fish in pools 14, 15, and 16 of the Mississippi River. The area immediately surrounding the Isle’s marina will remain off limits for fishing.

“We are thrilled to welcome Major League Fishing (MLF) back to the Quad Cities,” said Jessica VanDyke, Business Growth and Sports Development Manager, CTA. “This tournament is such a special way to activate the Mighty Mississippi, and we’re fortunate to have the riverfront resources that make an event like this possible. Bettendorf and the Quad Cities provide an incredible backdrop for anglers and fans alike, and we’re proud to share our community on a national stage once again.”

The Phoenix Bass Fishing League serves as a pathway to the Toyota Series, Tackle Warehouse Invitationals, and ultimately the Bass Pro Tour. It also provides competitors exposure to the sport’s largest fan base, with coverage reaching millions through Bass Fishing magazine, social media channels with 2.3 million followers, MajorLeagueFishing.com’s 5 million annual visitors, and public relations outreach that generates more than 5.5 billion impressions annually across all MLF circuits.
